Our dog grooming service provides professional grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our grooming services include bathing, trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning, among others. We take great care to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet during the grooming process.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment, you can either call or email me.

If you need to cancel your appointment you can also call or email me. If 24 - 48 hours notice is given for cancellation then a 50% fee will be applied for the appointment.

If less than 24 hours notice is given or the appointment isn't attended and classified as a no show then 100% of the appointment is chargeable.

Payment and Fees

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or card. We require payment in full at the time of service. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Liability and Indemnification

We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during the grooming process. However, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with the grooming of animals and that accidents can happen.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to your pet, unless caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our dog grooming service and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
